KaamWala Mobile App
We designed KaamWala app a two-sided platform that connects homeowners with skilled service professionals like plumbers, electricians, and carpenters. The purpose was to make it easy for people to find, hire, and review workers through a simple and user-friendly experience, helping both users and workers grow and succeed.
Problem
In Pakistan, finding reliable service professionals like plumbers, electricians, and carpenters is often frustrating. People usually depend on word of mouth or local shops, which leads to delays, inconsistent service quality, and lack of trust. On the other hand, skilled workers struggle to find regular work, build a reputation, or reach new clients.
Solution
We designed a platform that solves both sides of the problem. For users, we created an easy way to browse, hire, and review verified professionals. For workers, we built a profile-based system that helps them get discovered, manage jobs, and grow their reputation through reviews and ratings.
Project Timeline
The project was successfully completed over a span of 14 weeks. The initial design phase was a significant part of this timeline, taking more than 5 weeks to finalize.
