IEC- Institute Of Emerging Careers Landing Page Redesign
The Institute of Emerging Careers (IEC) helps young people learn in-demand digital skills and start earning online. We noticed their website could really use a refresh because, let’s be honest, it looks pretty rough and inconsistent. Plus, a bad design can seriously reduce conversion rates and make people bounce off the site. Our main goal is to give it a fresh, eye-catching look while also making it easier for people to navigate and ultimately boosting those conversion rates. We want everyone to enjoy their time on the site!

Approach
We simplified everything. The new design focuses on guiding users from awareness to action with a smooth, goal-driven flow. Each section now answers a specific question in the visitor’s mind: Who is IEC? What do they offer? How can I start earning?
We applied UX principles like the Aesthetic-Usability Effect, which states that users perceive beautiful interfaces as easier to use. Combined with clear content hierarchy and clean typography, this created a design that feels effortless.
